Returns Policy

All pieces come with a 10-day money-back guarantee return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, replacement or exchange within 10 days of receipt.

When returning an item to us it needs to be in its original, unused, unworn condition accompanied by all certification documents (valuation and diamond report if applicable) and its box or packaging. Items damaged due to client negligence will not be accepted for a refund.

We will gladly re-size any item, free of charge after your purchase. Please email us before returning your item for re-sizing and state the desired size to make sure we can do this for you.

All items must be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery which ensures there is proof of delivery. Please insure the item for a maximum value, which currently is £2,500. DO NOT write Serena Jewellery on a package when returning it to us. Instead, please write Serena. This will help to prevent the possibility of theft in transit.

If the item you received was a special order you will only be able to return it to us if it is faulty, as it will have been specially made and cannot be resold.

Delivery Policy


How long will my order take to arrive?

If we have an item in stock we can deliver the next day if necessary, but in general we state 2-3 days. For all items that are made to order will take 3-4 weeks. If you need your order urgently or for a very specific date, please let us know after you’ve placed your order and we’ll do everything we can to have your item ready in time.

We will email you once your item is in the post, informing you that it will arrive the next day.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed next-day delivery service, which will arrive before 1pm the day after we post the item. Please note, delivery is free and your item will be fully insured during transit.

While every attempt is made to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

Serena Jewellery do not warrant or guarantee the specified delivery date, and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of late delivery.

Once you have received your purchase, you become the owner of those items and they will be held at your own risk. We are not liable for their loss or destruction once they have been received by you.
